(Kolomikta Vine) Grown for its very attractive foliage. Young leaves purplish, variegated with white to pink splashes on mature plants. Fragrant, white half-inch flowers appear in early summer, bearing 1" fruit in late summer. Leaves may revert to green while plant gets established. Be patient! Needs a good well drained soil. Full sun. 15-20'. Zones 4-8.

If growing at least in part for fruit production, plant one male for every three to four females. 'Arctic Beauty' is a vigorous, male selection of variegated kiwi vine that can reach up to 20' tall with an equal spread. The heart-shaped foliage features white and pink variegation. This plant will not set fruit, but the small, white flowers that appear in early summer are fragrant.
