(Starry False Solomon's Seal)  Alternate pointed leaves and upright stems topped with sprays of 6-15 white, star-shaped, lightly scented flowers. Distinguished from true Solomon's seal by having its flowers at the ends of the stems. The flowers are followed by edible green berries with black stripes, turning to red with black stripes then all black. Native to U.S. Prefers cold, moist soil. 12- 24", Z3-7.
