‘Cinderella’ is a native milkweed with compact clusters of rose-pink, vanilla-scented flowers in midsummer. The blooms sit above upright green foliage and bring soft color, fragrance, and pollinator activity to sunny gardens.

This variety thrives in full sun with moist, rich soil, making it a great choice for rain gardens, meadow plantings, pollinator gardens, and the back of perennial borders. Deadheading may encourage a second round of bloom in early fall.

The fragrant flowers attract butterflies and hummingbirds and are excellent for cutting. Like other milkweeds, ‘Cinderella’ also supports monarch butterflies as a host plant.
