Fothergilla × intermedia ‘Legend of the Fall’® – Bottlebrush
‘Legend of the Fall’® is a native shrub valued for its fragrant spring flowers and strong fall color. White, bottlebrush-shaped blooms appear in spring with a light honey fragrance, followed by green foliage through summer.
In fall, the leaves develop shades of red, orange, and yellow, extending seasonal interest well beyond the bloom period. Adaptable to sun or part shade, this easy-care shrub works well in mixed borders, woodland edges, foundation plantings, and naturalized landscapes.
