Hosta ‘Abiqua Drinking Gourd’
Add sculptural texture and rich blue color to the shade garden with ‘Abiqua Drinking Gourd’. This distinctive Hosta forms a substantial mound of large, dark blue leaves that are deeply cupped, creating a bowl-like shape that can collect water after rain.
The thick, heavily textured foliage gives the plant strong presence and offers good slug resistance. Near-white flowers rise above the mound on sturdy scapes in midsummer, providing a soft contrast to the bold blue leaves.
