Hosta ‘Fragrant Blue’
Add cool color and subtle fragrance to the shade garden with ‘Fragrant Blue’. This medium-sized Hosta forms a mound of flat, heart-shaped leaves covered in a soft powdery-blue coating that gives the foliage a calm, frosted appearance.
In early summer, tall scapes rise above the leaves carrying lavender buds that open to very pale lavender, nearly white flowers with a light fragrance. Its soft blue foliage makes ‘Fragrant Blue’ a good choice for specimen plantings, shaded borders, or mixed Hosta gardens.
