Sorbus decora                                                                                                                      (Showy Mountain Ash) This smaller ornamental tree is grown for its white flowers, handsome fern-like foliage, and showy red fruit. The hardiest of the species in this country, it is slow growing and resistant to disease. Own root. Dark green foliage turns red in fall. Full sun. 20-25', Z2-6.
