Spiraea × ‘Double Play Doozie’®
Spirea
‘Double Play Doozie’® is a compact, sterile spirea that produces red-pink flowers from early summer through frost. Because it does not produce seed, it continues flowering without the need for deadheading.
New foliage emerges with red tones before maturing to green, then develops yellow color in fall. Its naturally rounded habit makes it a good choice for borders, foundation plantings, mass plantings, and low hedges.
