‘Katsura’ is an upright Japanese maple known for its early spring leaf-out and changing seasonal color. New foliage emerges yellow-orange before maturing to green through summer, then shifts to soft yellow and orange tones in fall.
Its graceful, vase-shaped habit makes it a good choice for small gardens, entryways, courtyards, mixed borders, and specimen plantings.
