‘Katsura’ is among the earliest Japanese maples to leaf out in spring, bringing a burst of color to the garden just as the season begins. Its small, five-lobed leaves emerge in brilliant shades of yellow-orange before transitioning to a rich green for summer. In fall, the show returns with a soft, glowing blend of pastel yellows and oranges.
