Agastache 'Blue Fortune'
(Anise Hyssop)
‘Blue Fortune’ brings long-lasting color and plenty of pollinator activity to sunny gardens with upright spikes of violet-blue flowers that bloom throughout summer. The fragrant green foliage has a distinct licorice-anise scent, adding another layer of interest when brushed or crushed.
Its upright habit works well through the middle of perennial borders, cottage gardens, and pollinator plantings, where the vertical flower spikes contrast nicely with rounded blooms like Echinacea, Rudbeckia, and Coreopsis. The long bloom season also makes it a valuable source of summer nectar for bees, butterflies, and other pollinators.
