Astilbe arendsii ‘Color Flash’
‘Color Flash’ combines soft blush-pink flower plumes with colorful foliage that provides interest well beyond the bloom season. The leaves emerge in burgundy-purple tones and gradually develop shades of orange, red, and bronze as the season progresses.
Its compact habit makes it a good choice for shaded borders, woodland gardens, and mixed perennial plantings where both flowers and foliage can add color.
