Astilbe arendsii ‘Red Light’
(Syn. A. ‘Rotlicht’)
Bright red flower plumes rise above glossy green foliage in July, bringing rich color and soft texture to shaded garden spaces. The upright blooms stand out beautifully against the dense, fern-like foliage.
‘Red Light’ is a good choice for woodland gardens, shaded borders, and moist areas where dependable summer color is needed. It performs best in organically rich soil that stays evenly moist but drains well.
