Astilbe japonica ‘Emden’
Bring soft color and texture to shaded gardens with this graceful Astilbe. Lilac-rose flower plumes rise above deep green foliage from early to midsummer, creating an airy display that brightens woodland gardens and shaded borders.
‘Emden’ is a dependable choice for moist, rich soils and works beautifully planted in groups or mixed with other shade-loving perennials. The flower plumes are also excellent for fresh-cut arrangements.
