Add late-season color to smaller garden spaces with this compact dwarf Turtlehead. Glossy green foliage forms a tidy mound, while deep pink, turtlehead-shaped flowers rise above the plant from late summer into fall. ‘Tiny Tortuga’ is a dwarf relative of ‘Hot Lips’ and fits easily into the front or middle of shaded borders, woodland edges, rain gardens, and pollinator plantings. Its compact habit also makes it a useful choice where a full-sized Turtlehead would be too large.
