Darmera peltata

Darmera peltata is a bold moisture-loving perennial with clusters of white flowers that fade to pink in early spring. Native to mountain stream banks and woodland areas in the western United States (from southwestern Oregon to northwestern California). Large, rounded leaves up to 18 inches across emerge soon after, creating a dramatic foliage display for pond edges, stream banks, and other consistently moist areas.
