 Native to Maine and the U.S.  Large, feathery clusters of small, fragrant, usually pink flowers. Numerous stamens give the spirea-like flowers a fuzzy appearance. Provides drama. Great as a back of the garden border, prairie plantings, wildflower garden, rain garden or along streams and ponds. Full sun-part shade; prefers moist, well drained soil, but will tolerate dry or soggy soil. Attracts butterflies and other pollinators. Deer and rabbit resistant. 5-6', Z3-9.
