Geranium phaeum 'Joseph Green'                                                                                            Compact with deeply lobed, bright green, maple leaf-cut foliage that grows in an upright, clumping habit with rambling stems. Double smoky-purple flowers with multiple green stigmas and a white eye zone appear in spring. The flowers are sterile so the plant does not seed around like other Geranium phaeum cultivars. It is also able to tolerate shade, making it a useful addition to the shady border. 24"x 12", Z4-8.
