Geranium pratense 'Dark Reiter'

Geranium pratense ‘Dark Reiter’

‘Dark Reiter’ adds rich foliage color and soft summer flowers to the garden with finely cut, deep plum-purple leaves and bright lilac-blue blooms. The compact foliage forms a tidy mound, providing contrast in the garden even when the plant is not in flower.

Its low-growing habit makes it especially useful along the front of borders, edging pathways, or tucked between taller perennials. It also works well in mixed containers, where the dark foliage pairs nicely with silver, chartreuse, and lighter green plants.
