A reliable, low-growing perennial that produces a profusion of vibrant magenta-purple flowers over compact, spreading mounds of finely cut foliage. Blooming generously through the season, this hardy cranesbill is perfect for edging, rock gardens, and filling in sunny borders.

The intricately divided leaves remain fresh green through most of the growing season before turning a brilliant crimson-red in fall, adding another season of interest. Exceptionally adaptable, this species performs well in both hot summers and cold winter climates.
