Hosta ‘Ben Vernooij’ – Sport of ‘First Frost’
A medium-sized Hosta with thick, heart-shaped blue leaves edged in wide, feathery yellow margins that fade to creamy white in summer. Strong, substantial foliage holds its form and color throughout the season, providing excellent slug resistance. In midsummer, racemes of large, fragrant lavender flowers rise gracefully above the mound, adding elegance and fragrance to the garden. Perfect for part sun to full shade locations.
