Hosta ‘Etched Glass’
Sport of ‘Stained Glass’
Add bright variegation and substantial texture to the shade garden with ‘Etched Glass’. Dark green margins surround vivid yellow centers, with a soft light green pattern appearing where the two colors meet. The leaves are thicker than those of its parent, ‘Stained Glass’, and develop gentle puckering as they mature.
In late summer, very large, fragrant near-white flowers rise above the foliage. Its medium size and strong contrast make ‘Etched Glass’ a good choice for shaded borders, containers, or mixed Hosta plantings.
