A striking and unique hosta with green leaves highlighted by red petioles that extend into the leaf blade and a thin red margin around each leaf. Cool temperatures and a touch of sun bring out the most vibrant coloration. Produces purple flowers in summer. More dramatic and colorful than its parent, ‘Beet Salad’.
