Hosta ‘Grand Tiara’
Add bright foliage contrast to shaded gardens with this colorful sport of ‘Golden Tiara’. Broad, chartreuse leaves feature deep green centers and extra-wide golden margins, creating a bold variegated effect throughout the season. The thick, slightly wavy leaves have good substance and hold up well in the garden.
In midsummer, purple-striped, bell-shaped flowers rise above the foliage on tall scapes, with decorative seed pods sometimes following the blooms. Its compact, spreading habit makes ‘Grand Tiara’ a useful choice for shaded borders, woodland gardens, edging, and mass plantings.
