Hosta ‘Humpback Whale’
Add impressive size and bold texture to the shade garden with ‘Humpback Whale’. This giant Hosta forms a broad, dome-shaped mound of large, heart-shaped blue-green leaves with heavy corrugation. The foliage shows its strongest blue tones in spring before softening as the season progresses.
In early summer, blue-green scapes rise above the foliage carrying near-white, bell-shaped flowers. Its substantial size makes ‘Humpback Whale’ especially well suited as a specimen or focal point in larger shade and woodland gardens.
