Hosta ‘Lone Star'
‘Lone Star’ is a green-centered sport of the popular ‘Key West’, with medium green leaves edged in a vivid gold margin. Part of the Proven Winners® SHADOWLAND® Giant Collection. Bright, filtered shade helps bring out the strongest gold coloration in the margins, creating a bold contrast in shaded garden areas.
Near-white flowers rise well above the foliage on tall scapes in early summer. Its broad, spreading habit makes it well suited to shade borders, woodland gardens, and larger hosta plantings.
