Hosta ‘On Stage’ – Sport of H. montana
A dramatic, large Hosta that puts on a show from spring through fall. New foliage emerges a brilliant pale yellow in spring, then matures to chartreuse with bold emerald green edges that remain vibrant, especially with a bit of sunlight. The broad, textured, heart-shaped leaves form a commanding mound in the shade garden. Lavender flowers appear in midsummer on proportionate scapes. Slow to establish, but truly worth the spotlight when mature.
