Hosta ‘Trendsetter’
‘Trendsetter’ forms a broad mound of green, heart-shaped leaves edged in wide yellow margins. As the season progresses, the margins gradually fade to creamy white, while the slightly rippled edges help emphasize the variegation.
Pale lavender flowers rise well above the foliage on tall scapes in early to midsummer. Its spreading habit makes it a good choice for shaded borders, woodland gardens, and larger hosta groupings.
