Add bold scale and bright variegation to the shade garden with Hosta ‘Wu-La-La’. A sport of the impressive ‘Empress Wu’, this large hosta offers the same strong garden presence with the added detail of apple-green margins surrounding broad blue-green leaves.

The thick, substantial foliage holds up well through the season and forms a massive mound at maturity. Like ‘Empress Wu’, ‘Wu-La-La’ takes several years to reach full size, but its mature presence makes it well worth the wait.

Violet flowers appear in early to midsummer on tall scapes, adding a soft floral accent above the lush foliage. This variety is ideal as a specimen plant, backdrop in shaded borders, or a standout feature in large shade gardens.
