Hydrangea paniculata 'Pillow Talk' 

Large, full blooms start out bright lime green, mature to purest white, and then blush to pink as the summer wanes. Upright sturdy stems and excellent cold hardiness. Choice. Hydrangea paniculata are the most cold hardy. Stiff upright branches never get floppy. Flowers are more cone-shaped than ball-like.

Paniculata Hydrangeas can be pruned in the fall, winter, or spring. Do not prune just before they bloom, and it is not necessary to prune them every year. For a strong structure, it is a good idea to trim out any crossing branches once in awhile. Shaping can be done as needed. 

Height: 6-8' Full to part sun. Zones 3-8.
