Iris sibirica ‘Golden Edge’
(Siberian Iris)
A distinctive McEwen introduction from 1992, ‘Golden Edge’ features velvety blue-violet blooms with ruffled falls and a clearly defined yellow wire-like edge. The fine golden edging adds bright contrast and highlights the flower’s graceful form.
This tetraploid variety blooms in midseason on medium-height stems, making it a beautiful choice for perennial borders, iris collections, and moist garden areas. Its upright, grass-like foliage continues to add texture after bloom.
