Iris sibirica 'Lavender Bounty' is a clump forming perennial. Spectacular when planted in groups. A welcome addition to coastal gardens, cottage gardens and rain gardens.

Introduced by Dr. McEwen in 1982. Diploid, very early-very late season with repeat bloom. Rich lavender-pink flowers with semi flaring, ruffled form. Fantastic bloomer with 3 branches and up to 9 buds at repeat bloom. Bloom period covering 8 weeks. Marvelous parent. Won the Honorable Mention Award in 1983. Grows up to 36", Performs best in full sun to partial shade. Low maintenance. Drought and deer resistant. Attracts bees and butterflies and other pollinators. Zones 4-9.
