Meadow Blazing Star
Meadow Blazing Star is a tall, upright perennial with vivid magenta flower tufts that open along slender stems in late summer. The blooms are especially attractive to monarch butterflies, along with bees and other pollinators.
Its strong vertical form adds height and contrast to sunny borders, meadow plantings, and pollinator gardens. Once established, it handles summer heat well and grows in a range of average to moist, well-drained soils.
