Maianthemum racemosum – False Solomon’s Seal
An elegant woodland perennial with arching stems of lance-shaped leaves, topped in spring with fragrant white flower panicles. In late summer, the flowers give way to clusters of bright red berries, providing food for wildlife (not edible for humans). A versatile native plant, it works beautifully as ground cover, in shaded borders, or along water edges.
