Apple Tree
‘State Fair’ is an early-season apple developed by the University of Minnesota for reliable performance in colder climates. It produces medium-sized fruit with attractive red-striped skin and a crisp texture.
The flavor is pleasantly tart with a touch of sweetness, making the apples suitable for fresh eating, baking, and cooking. Fruit is best enjoyed relatively soon after harvest, as ‘State Fair’ is not considered a long-storage variety.
