Mentha spicata 'Kentucky Colonel' (Kentucky Colonel Spearmint) Large sweet leaves on a robust plant, lavender-pink-white flowers in summer. Can be used in any recipe calling for spearmint, including mint sauce and mint jelly, and is particularly nice in that southern favorite, the Mint Julep. 12-24", Z5-11.
