An abundance of fully-double, bell-shaped, rich violet-blue flowers with darker veins that open from plump, balloon-like buds. Blooms throughout the summer. Full sun-part shade. Stems emerge late in spring; marking location in fall prevents damage. 12-24", Z3-8.
