‘Sentimental Blue’ is a compact Balloon Flower with plump, balloon-like buds that open into vibrant blue, bell-shaped blooms. Each flower features five broad, pointed lobes that create a distinct star shape.
Blooming from mid to late summer, this dwarf variety is well suited for the front of borders, rock gardens, and containers. The stems emerge late in spring, so marking the planting location in fall can help prevent accidental disturbance.
