Dwarf/compact variety. Large, plump, balloon-like buds produce an abundance of bell-shaped, flaring vibrant blue flowers with 5 broad, pointed lobes that form a star shape from mid to late summer. Stems emerge late in spring, marking location in fall may be a good idea. 6-8", Z3-8.
