hododendron ‘Holden’
‘Holden’ is a broad, compact evergreen rhododendron with rich rose-pink flowers that appear in midseason. Glossy, leathery dark green foliage provides year-round structure and creates a clean backdrop for the spring blooms.
Its dense habit makes it a good choice for foundation plantings, woodland borders, mixed shrub beds, or as a specimen in partly shaded areas. It performs best in moist, well-drained acidic soil with some protection from harsh winter winds.
