A clump-forming perennial with a compact, tidy habit, 'May Night' features lance-shaped, dark green aromatic foliage topped by dense spikes of tubular violet-blue flowers. Blooming prolifically in late spring to early summer, it may rebloom through summer with proper dead-heading and moisture.
