‘Wildfire’ forms a compact mat of burgundy-red foliage edged in bright pink, with occasional touches of green near the center. The foliage color becomes more pronounced when grown in brighter sunlight, providing interest throughout summer and fall.

Clusters of pink flowers appear in late summer, attracting bees and other pollinators. Its low, spreading habit helps cover open ground and makes it a useful choice for rock gardens, slopes, sunny borders, containers, and other dry garden spaces.

Once established, ‘Wildfire’ is drought tolerant, low maintenance, and generally resistant to deer and rabbits.
