‘Thunderhead’ brings bold late-season color to sunny gardens with large, dark pink flower heads held above sturdy green stems. As the flowers mature, they deepen toward red, while the foliage develops reddish highlights in fall for added seasonal interest.
Its upright habit makes it a good choice for the middle of perennial borders, cottage gardens, and pollinator plantings. This tough Sedum handles heat and sun well and continues to add structure and color as the garden moves into fall.
