Introduced in 1896 Charles Joly is still a highly sought after lilac with its reddish-purple colored flowers. These large blooms showcase tight clusters with narrow panicles and are held well above the dark green foliage. It is extremely fragrant! Double reddish-purple blooms. . 8-12’. Z 2a
