Vinca minor 'Ralph Shugert'
'Ralph Shugert' is an evergreen, trailing shrub which roots as it spreads. Foliage is dark green with a narrow white border and the large flowers are vivid, deep violet-blue. Variegated form is not as aggressive as the species and can be mass planted as a groundcover/ accent plant without worrying it will take over the garden. Full sun-part shade. 4-6" with 2-3' spread, Z4-9.
