Vinca minor 'Ralph Shugert'
An outstanding vinca with dark green leaves edged with a border of white. Blue flowers in early to midsummer. Can be mass planted as a groundcover or as an accent plant without worrying it will take over the garden. Full to part shade. 8", Z4-9.
